Shipping policy


We are committed to delivering your purchases safely and on time. To ensure a smooth delivery experience across India, we partner exclusively with reliable, registered domestic courier companies and Speed Post.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Standard Processing: Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 2 to 4 working days for your items to be carefully processed, packed, and dispatched.
  • Please note: In certain cases, depending on the order type or stock availability, dispatch may take up to 7 days.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order is handed over to our courier partners, you can expect the following delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 5 to 7 business days
  • Other Regions & Non-Metro: 7 to 10 business days
  • Overall, most orders are successfully delivered within 10 to 15 business days from the date of confirmation. (Note: During festive seasons, major sales, or due to unforeseen postal/courier delays, these timelines may slightly extend. We cannot be held liable for delays caused directly by the courier company or postal authorities.)

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send a confirmation message to your registered email ID and/or mobile number via SMS. This will include your tracking link so you can monitor your shipment's journey right to your doorstep.

Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

  • Delivery will be attempted at the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your contact details and address (including landmarks and pin codes) are 100% accurate to avoid delays.
  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or because you were unavailable after multiple attempts, the courier will return the parcel to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply to send the package out a second time.

Damaged or Tampered Parcels

Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. If your package arrives looking visibly damaged, crushed, or tampered with, please refuse the delivery. Immediately take a clear photo of the package and contact our support team within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue swiftly.

Shipping Fees

Any shipping costs levied at checkout by the platform or seller are strictly non-refundable, even in the event of a return or failed delivery.
